Lotus Management SMS Communication Service – Terms and Conditions Effective Date: February 1st, 2026
Acceptance of Terms: By opting in to or using the Lotus Management SMS Communication Service (the “Text Message Service”), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is between you and Lotus Management (referred to as “Lotus Management,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our affiliates, with offices at [Company Address]. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to Lotus Management’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
Description of Service: The Lotus Management Text Message Service is a person-to-person communication program for delivering important professional and non-commercial messages to eligible employees and external partners who opt in. The types of messages you may receive include, but are not limited to, operational alerts, meeting and appointment reminders, policy updates, and other critical business communications. No marketing or promotional content will be sent through this service, in accordance with its purpose as an informational and service-related communication channel.
Definitions: For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
· “Opt-In” (or “Opting In”) means any action by which you voluntarily subscribe or consent to receive one or more text messages from us, such as by sending a specified keyword via SMS, submitting an online subscription form, or otherwise explicitly requesting to join the Text Message Service.
· “Text Message Service” refers to any arrangement in which Lotus Management sends one or more text messages (SMS, MMS, or similar) to your provided mobile telephone number. This includes communications sent via Microsoft Teams’ integrated SMS capabilities or authorized third-party SMS services acting on our behalf.
Consent to Text Messaging: By consenting to receive text messages from Lotus Management, you confirm your agreement to these SMS Terms and Conditions, as well as to our general website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Your consent is voluntary, and you may withdraw it at any time (see “Opt-Out” below). If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, do not opt in to the Text Message Service.
E-Sign Disclosure: By opting in, you consent to the use of electronic records to document your agreement to these Terms and your consent to receive text messages. You may withdraw this consent by opting out of the Text Message Service (replying STOP, as described below), which will terminate your enrollment.
Message and Data Rates: Lotus Management does not charge any fees for sending or receiving messages as part of this Text Message Service. However, standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile service provider. Charges for text messages or data usage are solely your responsibility. Please consult your mobile carrier’s pricing plan for details. Lotus Management is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred.
Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with the Text Message Service and the needs of our communications with you. You may receive an initial confirmation message when you opt in, and thereafter you will receive text messages only when
necessary for the purposes stated (for example, when there are important company updates, alerts, or direct replies to your inquiries). Because this service is primarily conversational and event-driven, there is no fixed schedule or guaranteed number of messages per week or month.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of the Lotus Management Text Message Service at any time. To stop receiving messages, simply reply to any of our text messages with the word “STOP.” You may also use any of the following recognized commands to cancel: STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT OUT. Upon receiving an opt-out request, we will send a one-time confirmation message to verify that you have unsubscribed, and after that you will not receive any further text messages from us unless you re-subscribe.
Customer Support and HELP: For help or more information regarding this service, you can reply “HELP” to any Lotus Management text message, and we will respond with instructions or assistance. You can also contact our support team at helpdesk@lotuscompany.com for assistance with the Text Message Service. We are here to address any questions or concerns you may have.
Privacy: We value your privacy and use your personal information only as described in the Lotus Management SMS Communication Privacy Statement. Please review our Privacy Statement to understand how we collect and manage your data in connection with the Text Message Service. By opting in, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Statement.
