Bryan Wrigley | Founder & CEO

Bryan Wrigley leads The Lotus Company on the conviction that housing is a conduit of hope, a stage for dignity, and a sanctuary where lives are restored. With over two decades of experience and more than $1.8 billion in transactions across the Wasatch Front and beyond, his leadership is defined by human-centered design and the unwavering belief that every person deserves to feel seen and safe.

Bryan holds a Master's in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Utah. A world traveler and student of culture, he brings that expansive vision back to every community he serves.

rick Watson

Rick’s accomplished career includes 27+ years of experience in accounting, financial management and analysis, private investor and banking relations, and property acquisition and management in a wide variety of industries. This experience has cultivated a unique breadth and depth of technical knowledge that has resulted in remarkable achievements.

During his time in these industries, Rick has grown a construction and development company from $10 million in revenue and 25 employees to $250 million in revenue and 180 employees. In one year, Rick put into place over $200 million in financing facilities. His ability to create value and bring results make him an invaluable member of the Lotus team.

Bryan Wroten

Over the past two decades, he has honed his expertise in managing complex construction projects, ranging from school remodels and fire stations to large multi-family developments and assisted living facilities.

Employing a real-time collaborative approach, Bryan has consistently delivered successful outcomes, emphasizing teamwork and system refinement. As a key member of the Lotus Built team, he brings visionary leadership, driving projects to fruition with precision and excellence. In addition to being the President of Construction at The Lotus Company, Bryan also serves as the President of Lotus Built, The Lotus Company’s in house construction power-house.

Steven blomquist

Steven Blomquist serves as Managing Director at The Lotus Company, providing leadership across the firm's Development and Asset Management platforms. In this role, he oversees the teams responsible for sourcing, underwriting, financing, executing, and optimizing multifamily and mixed-use investments throughout their full lifecycle, from acquisition and development through stabilization and long-term ownership. Steven brings extensive experience in land acquisition and development across multifamily, retail, industrial, affordable housing, workforce housing, and mixed-use asset classes.

Steven applies a disciplined, finance-driven approach informed by both market-rate and mission-oriented housing. He holds a Master of Science in Finance and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Mass Communication from the University of Utah.

Adam Hughes

Adam Hughes, CPA, brings more than 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and real estate operations. As Division Controller, he oversees the company's accounting, treasury, financial reporting, compliance, and internal control functions, providing strategic financial leadership across Lotus's development, construction, property management, and asset management operations. His expertise spans real estate finance, affordable housing, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, operational controls, and organizational growth initiatives.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), combining a strong foundation in financial reporting, strategic leadership, and business management. Adam partners closely with senior leadership to enhance financial performance, support investment decisions, and implement scalable processes that position the organization for long-term success.

rod brown

Rod serves as Director of Asset Management at The Lotus Company, bringing 25 years of operational experience, including more than a decade in multifamily. He has provided strategic oversight of national portfolio’s, totaling more than 10,000 apartment units and $2 billion in asset value.

Throughout his career, Rod has led cross-functional teams and partnered closely with property management, construction, accounting, and investment teams to create value at the asset and portfolio level. His leadership is grounded in a data-driven, practical approach to improving operations, strengthening financial performance, and developing accountable, high-performing teams. Rod holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Utah State University and is Lean Six Sigma certified.

chandler leetzow

Since joining Lotus in 2018, he has played a key role in the company's growth, leading underwriting, acquisitions, financing, capital management, and investor relations. His financial expertise and strategic leadership have helped support Lotus' continued expansion and focus on institutional real estate development and asset management.

Prior to joining Lotus, Chandler held a variety of advisory and executive leadership roles, overseeing operations, financing, accounting, and investment management functions. Throughout his career, he has combined strong financial acumen with a passion for building and growing businesses. Chandler holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Utah.

Lindsey Forbes

With 10 years of experience in administrative leadership, Lindsey is known throughout Lotus for her ability to build strong relationships, manage resources effectively, and deliver results that consistently exceed expectations. Her constructive mindset, coupled with a genuine passion for people, make her the driving force behind the cultivation of a positive and empowering work environment at Lotus. Through a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and a keen insight into human behavior, Lindsey implements initiatives that promote collaboration, creativity, and well-being of employees. Lindsey is dedicated to creating a workplace where every individual feels valued, respected, and inspired to reach their full potential.
