Lotus Management SMS Communication Service – Privacy Statement Effective Date: February 1st 2026

Your Privacy Matters: Lotus Management is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your personal information when you subscribe to and use our SMS Text Message Service as part of our communications with employees and partners. This statement is specific to the SMS Communication Service and is intended to supplement the general Lotus Management Privacy Policy, which applies to other interactions you may have with us.

Information We Collect and Use: When you opt in to our Text Message Service, we collect certain personal information, primarily your mobile telephone number (and, if provided, your name or other identifying details). We use this information solely to send you important text messages and respond to your messages as part of this service. The content of these messages will consist of professional communications such as company news, operational alerts, schedule or meeting reminders, and other essential non-promotional updates. We will not use your phone number or other provided information for any marketing or sales purposes.

Data Sharing and Disclosure: Lotus Management will not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or any personal data collected through the Text Message Service to third parties for their own marketing or promotional use. We may, however, share your information with trusted third-party service providers strictly as needed to facilitate the delivery of text messages – for example, with our SMS messaging platform provider, Microsoft (as the Teams SMS service provider), or mobile telecommunications carriers – and only for the purpose of operating the Text Message Service. These providers are bound by obligations to protect your data and use it exclusively for delivering our communications. Importantly, any information related to your opt-in (such as your consent or opt-in contact details) will not be shared with any third party, except as necessary to carry out the SMS service or as required by law. We may also disclose your information if we determine in good faith that such disclosure is required to comply with applicable laws or regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Lotus Management, our employees, our partners, or others.

Data Security and Retention: Lotus Management takes the security of your personal information seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Information collected for the Text Message Service (such as your phone number and message history) is stored on secure systems with controlled access. We will retain your

personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of the SMS Communication Service or as required by law, after which we will delete or anonymize the information in a secure manner. While we strive to protect your personal information, please note that no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure; however, we continuously update and monitor our security practices to mitigate risks.

Your Choices and Rights: Participation in the Text Message Service is voluntary. You may opt out of this service at any time by following the instructions in our Terms and Conditions (text STOP to unsubscribe). You may also withdraw your consent to this Privacy Statement by opting out of the service (which will halt any further collection or use of your SMS contact information). If you opt out, we will remove your number from our active texting list and stop sending you messages (aside from a final confirmation of opt-out, as described in the Terms).

Relationship to General Privacy Policy: This SMS-specific Privacy Statement is intended to complement the Lotus Management general Privacy Policy and does not replace it. For aspects of data handling not specifically addressed here (such as broader data usage in our organization’s websites or other services), please refer to our main Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between this statement and the general Privacy Policy with respect to SMS communications, this statement will govern.

Contact Information: If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this SMS Privacy Statement or the handling of your personal information, please contact our Privacy Office at [privacy@lotusmanagement.com] or [Company Contact Address/Phone]. We will be happy to assist you and address any issues or inquiries you may have.
